Besiktas insist they've not met with Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech for Bosman talks.
Besiktas have denied reports in the Turkish press that they have already met with Cech's agent, releasing a formal statement on their website.
"The report in the Takvim newspaper claiming that he held a meeting with Petr Cech's agent is false," the statement read.
The news will offer further encouragement to Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger in his pursuit of the Blues favourite.
