Chelsea full back Cesar Azpilicueta has hailed the quality of Eden Hazard.
Azpilicueta feels Hazard is already among the best in the world.
“He is already one of the best players in the world,” he told talkSPORT.
“Everybody sees that he is a good player and the improvement he has made. He is getting better and better and has big potential to improve.”
